Hello,

I would like to get some input for this player:

Kenneth Sousa (29558841) http://www.buzzerbeater.com/player/29558841/overview.aspx

Weekly salary: $ 2 641
Role: rotation player
(BuzzerBeta)

DMI: 12800
Age: 19
Height: 6'2" / 188 cm
Potential: all-time great
Game Shape: respectable

Jump Shot: strong ↑ Jump Range: awful ↑
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: respectable
Driving: average Passing: pitiful
Inside Shot: mediocre Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: inept Shot Blocking: mediocre
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: pitiful

Experience: atrocious

Should I make this player a Point Guard because of his size? If so, what should I focus his training on?

My trainer:

Skill Level: superior
Specialty: None

Will making him a PG affect him overall in the long run?

Any advise on this player, or my team for that matter is greatly appreciated.

I would make him a PG He will be a nice PG with good secondaries. That potential is amazing too. I would get his passing up a bit and then work on big man skills some because it will help him in the long run. I do have a comment about your team though. You have WAAAAAY to many young players. You should try to keep 2-3 trainees and focuse your training around this player. Find the other 2 players that will train will him the easiest (Probably the shorter players 20 or younger) and sell all the other ones to get some more experience on your team and older players. If you do not have any other trainees that can be trained as a guard then sell all of them.

Don't rush him. He is going to need five to six seasons of training. Alternate one position pressure outside shooting this season and one on one forwards during ASW and offseason. Every five trainings he will pop inside shot so in a couple seasons you could get a couple pops. Focus on passing next season. He will be fairly well rounded at the beginning of age 21 and you can decide which direction to take from there (and still really affordable).
