First of all, thank to all of you to give me the possibility of two other season as your U21 coach.
Today I worked on the database adding some things who can help us with scouting. I have assigned all players to my scouts and I hope that all of you will be contacted in little time.
Tomorrow I'll give more informations about the team, news and other things so stay tuned ;)

I have contacted all managers who have a player on the team to have their disposability to train well and to maintain good game shape.
This season there is the European Championship, we have a difficult round, I hope to get a couple of win. There are some changes in the staff: Kuroi Kitsune and Cascas have to left so this is my staff now.

Biffo (46652), he was a scout last season and he'll continue his job also taking the place of Kuroi Kitsune

alebragne99 (36416), he's "young" on BB but has so much enthusiasm

Tony D (45673) and larryuccello (37036) are the two new scouts

at the end

Ice72 (46059) a very experienced player who is in division II in Italy who'll help me and Biffo on preparing games

At the moment I picked up 13 players:

Joshua MacIlvora (25402800)

Andy MacMurdo (26758021)

James MacPhedran (24357558)

Matthew Clement (24357679)

Ian Dunn (24357556)

Agnew MacWattie (24357606)

Andrew MacNair (24357559)

Thomas Dis (25402782)

Logan Leslie (24357570)

Duff Bontein (25402783)

Aidan Napier (25402809)

Nicholas MacWhirr (25402822)

But there are some other players who can be called.
As you can see there are 7 21 years old, the others are 20 or less this mean that we're planning team also for next season :)

So these are useful tips:
1) Use at least a level 4 trainer (5 or more will be better). This is important to grow up players faster.
2) It would be preferable to train one position training when it's possible, we'll spend less time to improve the skills.
3) The worst potential required for now is Star but I hope to increase this level and that no players with less then All Star will be in the team. This is because a Star player is not very competitive in Europe. It would depend all on training. A better trained Star player will be convocated than a badly trained All Star.
4) I prefer a well trained player in his primary skill than that an average player with very good free throw shooting and stamina. This doesn't mean that I want players with pitiful in FT but it's better to train principals skills that FT and ST.
The ideal is to have at least inept in both of them but don't concentrate on them. I prefer a 13-13-13-2-3 center on IS-ID-RB-ST-FT than a 9-9-9-8-10 center
