The cap is very small so u wont.be able to expect him to be a.great player. Dont qulte me on this but im going to say somewhere around 8-10k. May bay a little lowier or higher but i forget the exact amount.

wow can't believe a player with Role Player potential is that good! However, I don't believe you will be able to increase anymore any of his skills (or extremely slow). But you might wanna try (recommended ID to make him a decent PF).

2 Role player: < 13k

There is a rough salary estimate corresponding to the cap for each potential level. Once the skill set of a player reaches a particular point (The soft cap) that is equal to the potential level of the player, training really slows down and it becomes ineffective to train the player anymore.

normaly you just know it when you try it ;) If he needs to long for a pop he is capped, so when you want to train it anyway try him 3 weeks if he don't pop during that training replace him.

ok so the cap is set for player salary not for the skills for example each skill can be reached to lvl10, but since salary doesnt alow to do it i get stuck with like 14 is and 6 lvl other skills because he got the salary cap rite?

cap depends on skills, salary depends on skills, cap and salary formula is similar. thats why people judge about the cap by salary. but it may be very inacurate, because almost every season the salary formula is tuned up by BB's while the cap formula remains the same.

So the estimates in the FAQ might be too high because of the salary drop this season?
