What im wondering is, are there those players that don't have great skills but just run up the stats x10? I have 3 trainee's, one is VERY good, 2nd is pretty good, and the 3rd has alright skills. My 3rd player performs on a basis that has been unseen by my organization. For the past 4-5 games hes gotten 30+. his skills aren't even close to my best trainee and he barely manages to get 15 in any game. So im wondering, are there just those players who put up huge numbers but don't have that great of skills?

Like my good trainee, if he ever got MASTERFUL skills.. is there still a chance he won't produce? I've played many games where players have good skills and they don't produce anything basically.

By any chance, is this mediocre player you're talking about Raül López? Because he has the best game shape out of all your players, so I would expect him to perform a little better, unless the gap between skill levels was huge. It may also just be this guy that's putting up good numbers is lucking out every game by being matched up against the worst defender, so he's getting more looks and the looks are of better quality.

Nah its Karl Donahue. Lampakis has 45 total for guard skills (First 3 rows) and he can't produce, at all.
