The new croup of Australia's best young talent has been named today with 13 players presented at a press conference as the new Australian 21 National Team. Manager Mickyster and his team spent the last week looking over the fruits of their development program and have assembled a strong group of players to take the team to the Season 27 World U21 Championships Repechage. After just missing out on the Worlds 2 seasons ago the coaching team and players are hoping to make it to the world stage this time round.
The side has 2 co captains. Returning for his 2nd season in the team C/PF Kosta Perišić is joined with new G Cristiano Omini in leading the player group this season. "I'm excited to be back for a 2nd season along with Guns (George Gunsuok) and Methhead (Rhys Melmeth)." Kosta satated, "We are in such great company as Harry McNicholas
