Alright well I unsticky'd and and closed the previous mentor program thread. Hope thats alright RiP! If not ill go back and find it.

This new mentor program will be a tiny bit more work for the mentor versus the mentoree. Now us mentors are going out to find the new guys! I dont expect to get too many volunteers on this so we will only be covering division III. Which I think will still get us some improvements on Canadas active managers list. Here is how it should work:

1) Post here or BBmail me telling me that you are willing to volunteer as a mentor.
2) You will be assigned to a league.
3) As soon as you are assigned to a league, you should somehow take down the names of the teams in the league and also take note of the last login date of all the teams.
4) Check everyday if there are any new teams(taking over teams that had gone bot).
5) Check out the team and give them some pointers on who to train(if anyone), who not to cut(any obvious ones) and give them the links to BB Canadas forum, Help Forum, The BB Guide, and Canadas offsite forum.

Its as simple as that. Hopefully we can make it so that new users dont leave after a week. If I have missed something or someone thinks we should do something different, let me know and Ill edit this thread.

So lets go Canada, lets build our community!

Mentors

I'll take IV.1-IV.4, and III.1.
Also if/when I move up to div II, I'll be looking for a mentor for myself for the advanced skill-sets of players, economy, GE, etc.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

I think it might be easier for you to be III.16 since you will get notified if a new team enters your league, right?

I won't want to know the skill-sets of players I'm playing against.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

I will be happy to help with that. One question: do we contact managers from existing teams in the leagues we are assigned to or do we just wait for new managers to appear?
