The Founders front office released its official End-of-Season Report today, closing the book on an incredibly strong Season 72 campaign and outlining the franchise's optimistic path forward.
A Tip of the Cap to NAME United
First and foremost, the entire Founders organization wants to extend a sincere congratulations to NAME United. They played a phenomenal semifinal game and simply executed when it mattered most. They are a highly talented squad, and they earned that victory on the court. We wish them the best of luck in the Great 8 Finals.

To the fans and everyone who packed the stands this year: thank you. This was a really good season, and we couldn't be prouder of the product we put on the floor.
We made it closer to the finals than we have in a really long time since winning our championship. We opened the playoffs strong with a hard-fought 103-96 victory over the Mindless Zombies in the first round, proving the capability and heart of this roster. The coaching was excellent, the team chemistry was exactly where we wanted it, and we loved the way this squad played the game. You only have to look at Jacob Beauchamp’s massive performance in the semifinal to see the fight in this group. We have a genuinely good team, and this season was a massive success to build on.
The Next Steps: We Will Be Back
Life moves on, and so will this team. We aren't hanging our heads over this exit. We are going to be back. We will be trained better, we will be worked better, and we are already looking ahead.
Our immediate focus shifts directly to the upcoming draft and finding every possible avenue to improve this roster. Putting a highly productive, winning team on the court remains our number one priority. To reach the absolute peak of the league, there are naturally going to be changes that need to be made, and we are evaluating all of our options. That isn't a bad thing; it is simply the reality of evolving and taking this franchise to the next level.
Building for the Future
Off the court, the work doesn't stop. We are currently working on a major expansion to our arena. We are building our infrastructure and preparing the organization to support the next era of Founders basketball.
We are proud of the foundation we’ve built, we are proud of this season, and we are just getting started.
