in my opinion it's ok to play the all star game, but not in the place of a championship match. And why do I have to pay my players in full if they play half of the games?
And yes..this week is very boring!

I think you need to upgrade as well Player valuation based on his current stats and age and potential,because now it's primitive and inconclusive and it's only based on market activity but it doesn't say real value of this player.
So that there is more accurate value and then buyer can decide to over pay for player or not.

The problem is, the market is volatile and prices change based on supply and demand. The market estimates are kinda like using eBay last sold prices to value an item you are selling. Hence estimating it using market activity should be more accurate than a fake price used based on number of stats.

Why do we need to base it off skills when basing it off the price they were sold off for should reflect their demand? I don't see a point of making an artificial value which doesn't reflect what people will pay for it.

No you don't get what I mean.There is always a value even for a beer can.My point is that should be some basic value like a starting point like in auction not like it is now only based on market.For me it's like joke now.Players have salary cap but don't have real value.Value as well could be based on potential or so.How can you value poor bench player with bad potential with 6 figures? Higher skills higher base value and then you start to fight for the player in auction style. Owners could placed them in market based on value or under it.But at least all would know true value.Who ever have more money and willing to do so will buy them. That's my point.

Suggestion:
Update the Player's Salary (according to the current Skills the Players have upon Transfer) after every successful Transfer... Let's not wait for a Season update to see what the Oldies Goodies Players' real Salary is to save Salary Cap Space... More Fairness for the Teams that stick to their Players than to those teams that continuously upgrade their Roster very often...

I don't agree to this because all season salary cap will be fucked up and sorry for my language.
With value I totally agree need some changes. Will show you an example of one of my players current value.
Very few players like ....................... have been transferred recently.
He was acquired by the current owner 252 days ago (on 10/09/2020) for $ 8 000.
So how I can know his real value?????????
That's why we need better valuation system.

care to explain sir? on what way will the weekly Salary value update on every successful Transfer will mess-up the Salary Cap? In my Oppinion that could help for teams that are willing to use Old Players that decline in Skills to have that player lower his Weekly Salary when hired... then when in Buying and Selling a Trainee Prospect... especially in the mid Season where Now Skills have been developed... the Team that is willing to buy him will have a kind of Penalty in his Economy through that Salary Update when that Trainee arrived (in addition to other Penalty systems such as GS decline)... an that could also serve as a guide for both side if before posting him on the Transfer List we could read in advance what is
"the Player's asking Weekly Salary"
is and just multiply that by 5 as a guide (half of the system's Free Agency from debotified teams)..
