@Roel I'm sure it won't ease the pain but losing by 4 at Sgolba isn't something we've seen all season long. Hopefully the 5th try will be the one ;)

Wauw C3C, congrats with your title! I remember the time when you invited me on a family celebration to play Buzzerbeater almost 10 years ago, a few seasons after you started. Already from then on, you wanted to make a completely Belgian team that could compete with the top, and see what you have reached! Hat off. It was nice to play again against you, but for sure, it was not as competitive as our earlier games in DII a long time ago ;). Hope to see you back soon (on Buzzerbeater and in real life)!

@Tienen, I don’t know what you did during the PO, your Team was extremely strong.
When you won against @Spirou so easily knowing that his team is also very strong I knew I was your next victim even with home play advantage.
After it was obvious that you would have your chances during the finals. And you proved that the level on the blue side was finally not so bad

Hat's off, a very solid game to end a season that was perfectly controlled from day 1. And of course achieving that with only Belgian players is one for the books!

I feel sorry for Tienen, second season that he almost created the upset but fell 1 shot short. Maybe next yer though?

It was an absolute thriller and unlike the the others I wasn't really amazed that it was so close. Roel's tactic choices were perfect from the beginning so on my turn, hats of ;)

Now that I have finally completed my challenge by bringing home both the championship and cup (S50) with a 100% Belgian team, I can start thinking about a new project.
The journey was long and above all very expensive... Even so expensive that I was almost bankrupt within a couple of weeks.
Luckily I calculated it perfectly so I could win the chip first before having to sell important players

Vercaigne and Nachtergaele were sold for peanuts yesterday so I won't be able to bring in new reinforcement to compete for another title. That's why my two main goals this season are saving as much money as possible and finding a nice new trainee (or maybe 2), and if you still doubt, yes I prefer Belgian
