This season so far has been great....No rent a beast action so far( I hope it stays that way)...We had 3 teams over a million at 1 point in the season last season....I just hope everybody stays under 800K so we can see some real games instead of the guy who finds the best rent a beast winning.
Conference play is almost over and we have only 1 undefeated team(Swoosh and he will have a loss on Saturday, I hope) and 4 one loss teams. I have had 2 OT games and another one that I only won by 3 and my STO game was only a 10 point win....WOW!! The GREAT 8 is GREAT.

The definition of RENT A BEAST is to use a beast for a short period of time....this guy will be on team for the rest of the season which isn't renting at all.....What you did last season was RENT....buy and sell with in a week. My roster is at 732K with 18K of that for cup bums. That means I am making money every week. I said why I bought my big, Asano and Motoori will be getting OD and Passing in two weeks leaving me with one big.

Well, you know I have two holes in my roster waiting to be filled, its just a matter of when.

Now how is buying a long term player FUNNY, I don't know. I think what is funny is you saying that you need to rent to win......SHARMAN IS THAT YOU!!!

If you really want to compete in this game at the highest level there is only one way to do it.....

The team I play tonigh in B3 has a payroll of $1.1M. No one in this game is making that much revenue per week. So if you want to play at that level you are renting in some form or another. Some times it may be for a couple weeks, other times it may be for a season. But no one can sustain that high salary forever.

I hear what your saying but it seems like your approach to the BB3 is a bit backwards. Lot's of the teams in the BB3 juice their salaries until they get that 2nd loss....because very few teams with 2 losses go through. Now, I really don't know why you didn't do this or why you are waiting to get 4,5,6 losses to juice up. Like Spock would say..It just doesn't seem logical.
I got to give Wolph some credit...he is handing out some smack downs and if he still has 1 loss when I play him I will give him a TIE to help him out with Enthusiam. But it just seems silly to rent to win the cup and then lay down in the BB3. And then you say you are going to try and do it again. I have to say I hope that doesn't happen. I hope someone with a little more fight wins the cup. I thought after you won the cup and then saved some cash that you were going to go all in but that didn't happen. I hope I am not sounding like a d**k but when people talk about the strength of a country they look at the NT teams and the BB3 teams from that country. It's just sad that only one team from Nippon is trying to win.

It's sad that we get shat on due to the size of Nippon user base. The best sharman ever did was 932K. That was merchandise/TV/ one Home game. When the team from Czech won, he was getting 1,085,000 a week with merchandise around 220K and TV at 250K.

Much as I should be smacking in this thread I think the inter-conference play will be a slaughter. The top 5 in the Great 8 v the top 2 in the Big 8 with the occasional win for Stunners and me. fumoffu platoon should die this week, Sashiogi Heaven and aisteru.4ever are locked into tank mode. Sapporo Fighters may also die soon. Stunners could end up 4th with basically a tanking roster. After last season the Big being dominant the balance has swung back.

Well..you don't really have to worry. You are asured 4 wins....If you can steal a win from Stunners,Kyoto, Yoks or FCTB, then 5-3 is what you will be... here is what I am predicting(as of today)

Isehara...8-0
Kitakyushu 7-1
STO....5-3
Shikoku...4-4
Kawaguti...5-3
Okayama...4-4
E.263.....3-5

If this happens...we will win 44 to 20.....YIKES!!!
