Now, can I get one or two volunteers to help me contact all the people with prospects, starting next week? Basically, I will pass along names and player ids, and you would send a BB-mail asking what their training plans are and if they need any help with training. I can write a standard BB-mail.

I would be happy to help with this, if I am qualified :P

Great idea, I was thinking something along those lines, too.

I think you have shown that you have a good grasp of training... It is good to have you abord.

I will take one other experienced manager if there is interest. Otherwise, I will be in touch with you guys over the weekend.

I should have enough time to help out with this and I'd say I'm probably well qualified enough. I'd be willing to submit a resume with references if needed ;)

Sounds good. I think four people is more than enough for this.

Mostafavi is an alright trainee but Dauphinais is definitely better. I may even drop Mostafavi from the tracking list depending on how things stack up.

For what it's worth, I've decided that Mostafavi isn't a fit, as nice as it would be to have a homegrown player down the road. I'll keep my eye out for when Dauphinais goes up. Feel free to hassle me if there are Canadian PF trainees looking for a home.

Should be Monday, provided my math is correct. I will BB-mail his skills. There is also Delormier or Atkins, one of which will go up Jan 4th.

Check the "who to save" thread for the links of the other two players, and if their salaries and potentials interest you, let me know. Delormier is more of a C right now with decent secondaries, but could be turned into a PF with some effort.

Is anyone planning on doing something similar for this season's draft? I think last seasons was fairly successful, and I am willing to do a lot of the scouting, provided there is someone doing the role that Pusher did last season and organizing and tracking everybody

Good to hear that you are on it. I have been pretty sick for the last few days so have not had much time to do anything except for the bare minimum.
