Concernant le GPD: tu peux déjà le faire. Je ne vois pas de problème.

GDP is an instrument to beat stronger opponents, not to risk losing against weaker teams. We were lucky Azərbaycan was playing full court press...

Concernant Jérôme Haas, Est ce du favoritisme?

Je suis honnête, clairement oui! En récompense du temps passé à la gestion de la NT, Haas est le 18è homme de la sélection et grappillera 1 ou 2 minutes de temps de jeu sur les fins de matchs faciles comme hier soir sans que cela ne change l'issue de la rencontre, ce sera plutôt sur les matchs amicaux.

C'était pas trop prévu qu'il rentre hier soir mais comme le titulaire s'est blessé.

Any specific requirements for the Swiss NT? Got ahold of a nice 19y/o with HoF Potential (43580362)that I will try to develop. Training plan is 1on1 forwards/guards for first season, then OD (see if I can sneak him into the U21 aswell, though that might be hard).. after that some Outside shooting etc. The Swedish coach (who is a German) had some ideas how to develop my Swedish 19year old, so I figure best to check in with you guys aswell. Last thing I wanna do is squander talent, I know how few good players come out in small nations, we have the same problem in Sweden.

Hey!
This is really cool if you plan to perform a Swiss player to a bigstar.

It seems to me that you want to train shooting guards, then I would say that a player with 17/18 in OD has a good chance. JS and JR should then also reach 17. Then it will work.

We can announce minimum requirements depending on how the squad looks like in 5-6 seasons.
