I don't agree with him on the matter.. I think you could've played pait or fast tactic and won, if you used the bench with it.. But he is saying :yes you would have still lost regardless".

Not to put works in his mouth or anything

Patient is a good tactic to minimize the number of possessions in the game. The idea is fewer possessions is fewer points, so it is harder for a better team to run away with a game. The problem with choosing patient for your team is that it is a balanced offense and your team is not balanced. Your inside scoring is almost twice as good as your outside scoring.

If you wanted to minimize possessions and play to your strengths, Low Post is a slow, inside offense and would have been a better choice.

Either way, though your opponent called your pace, so you were starting at a disadvantage right from tip off.

You didn't really have much chance of winning this one unless he threw the match. His team is better at inside and outside scoring, better defensively inside and outside and rebounds better.

Your PF is a great scorer, but he got owned on the boards.

Unless all of your guys have high stamina, you can see how your guys got progressively more tired and missed more shots in the 2nd and 3rd when he was rotating in fresh bodies. They got their second wind in the 4th, but by then it was too late.

Krstanovic had 9 boards and 9 assists, but couldn't find the basket and Chonghuai took him to school as the leading scorer for your opponent.

There really wasn't much chance you would win this one.

At least somebody who really cared... thanks!!

Well, my PF is a SG.... but I guess this trick doesn't work anymore.

See my game against Pefki BC (with tie) I had better ratings than Filleliniakos. So with LI I think I would have won, partly due to his wrong prediction. I learnt a lesson... the old flip strategy doesn't work anymore...
