There are some young players which can replace him like this one (17059491). He is only 23 and he have almost 100 K salary . Neither of SGP managers drafted 10+(all-time great ) player soon. So we must decipher to 8, 9 and 10. You have one this one player in NT (17059505). Your player is with 8 potential, but Seow Yeng Jian had 10, so he can replace FXS if his owner train him properly. You know It is lucky to draft 10+ player. Also SYJ is not part of NT why ? I think that he is good player. Of course I do not know his skills I can see only his Salary. Other important thing is that this player is owned by SGP team, which can help us a lot. Because I was told in the one of my past replays: "SGP teams want Strong rosters and Strong NT". I will work with his SYJ owner to develop this player near to FXS standarts but you know that all-time great is all-time great and HOF can not reach same limit as ATG.Also we must think about (6924390) and (6894305) replacement they are also 30s. So I will make a research for some players which are not in database. May be all players are in DB, but may be not. So I will search for players which can help us. May be next season this guy (18381747) or this one (18958178) will be near the standarts. I Hope so that I was answer to your question.

Nice speech, nice explanation and observation. So I will draw myself out from my plan for the candidate.

One quick question : How you will deal with some NT caliber players (100k salary) that might not make NT team? They must be quite dissapointed if it happened.

Yeah you are right, but we call call only 18 players, and as you know may be a some of good players are owned by teams which will gone managed by computer. So I will left 2 slots to safe some players If Ben haven't available slots. Olso If some one want NT player he/she must work hard. THere are not much players with 100 K salary. But may be one or 2 players will not be in roster. If they train player, he will be in NT. Let's look at this scenario.

Player "X" have 95 K salary, but his owner not want to train him or his potential is low and he can not develop anymore.
Player "Y" have 83 K salary, but his owner train him properly and his potencial is HOF or higher. I will choose second one because player"Y" will develop all season and he will be better than player "X" after 4 or 5 weeks after season start. I hope so that I will not dissapint any manager, but If someone want SGP NT manager he/she must train his player to develop his roster and SGP NT.

I will keep them If I haven't better trainable younger players.There are 3-4 prety good BIGMAN @ 23 years of age. If they are continuing with his develop may be I will drop some of older players. But GUARDS is not so good so I think that I will keep some of 28 yo players. I was not researched all players. I will do this If I'm elected but I have 6-7 players in my mind.

I feel that you do have some ideas on how to improve the NT. You'll need time and your major reshuffle of the team will lead to a loss of identity of the star players that Singapore players have grown accustomed to.

In addition, Eric has done a brilliant job with the Singapore NT. I hope he'll be able to stick around and continue the good work. After all, I would prefer a local player to be the Singapore Team Manager.
