There is no best way to do things for your offense. You probably want an outside based SF and a PF who can make 3s semi-occaisionaly (probably taking 3-5 shots per game from 3) and probably having a C and PF who are good passers for big men.

Hence the (imo) I'm at 145, a lot of it is lower due to defense. My side of the league was considerably tougher than the other so I had to run a higher salary. Do what you gotta do to win your division, just offering some advice to the man to set some goals. good luck to you in div. 3 and congrats on beating a guy with half his salary

How about Patient/m2m for next game. Sanchez who shot over 50% will probably take even more shots. You have a decent flow to get the ball to him.
I had <100k (7th) salary most of the season and only upgraded bigs just before play-offs cause other teams did. All my players iron their shirts and drink moderately.
