Even better would be if you get for amount of matches randomly drawed tactics which you could use only one time.

So you know that you will play 16 matches in the future and then you get draw:

3x PtB
2x LI
2x LP
1x ISO
.
.
etc.

You have to wisely choose which one use, because it will not be there next time.

and this will help managers to ahndle their teams? For me that leads more to wrong tactical decisions.

What do you mean? Surely if I can imagine how various tactics works even if they are played in a wrong situation, the better idea about it I get.

Aditionally I think it will be way more fun to follow than normal PL.

i like this idea. I mean some countries never get to pla many teams out of there continent. European can play more american teams. The weaker national teams will be able to make like a PL with more weak national teams for some actual competitive games. I think it would be fun to watch.
