Ok, I have this player:
Owner: Spångakillarna
Weekly salary: $ 17 292
DMI: 72200
Age: 24
Height: 6'8" / 203 cm
Potential: starter
Game Shape: strong
Jump Shot: proficient Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: prominent Handling: proficient
Driving: prominent Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: proficient Inside Def.: strong
Rebounding: prominent Shot Blocking: awful
Stamina: average Free Throw: inept
From my experience his training was slowed, but not too much so he didnt hit the cap (the way you describe it in another thread).
If this is true:
-Jump shot, jump range, inside defense and rebounding all contribute significantly to capping (and at similar levels)
-Passing and inside shot contribute in a very minor way
-All other skills have zero impact on capping.
I could rearange his skills by moving JS and JR to ID and RB without changing the cap

To this I could even add some amount of IS without him caping out?
I might have made some misstake here but to me it looks like you need more data to improve the model.
