You seem to think that I'll be training strong, proficient players.. Every player in my squad (apart from the retired future hall of famer Marcel) have prolofic skills. But anywy, whatever, you keep your plan and i'll stick to mine. Good luck to you.

In the mean time, I say NO to farm teams and YES to salary reductions!

I was saying, when you buy new trainees, they'll be respectable at most (if they are 18 years old), and with the slower training they'll be proficient or so...

The only reason I will do this my way is because I like my players, and I get used to them... Those pretty faces ;) Good luck to you too!

No way, an 18 yo PG can be prolific on 4 skills in 1 season right now. Ok the speed is 150% or something like now. When the speed gets back to 100% in a few seasons players might go to at least 4 times proficient in 1 season yes, but not in 3 seasons...

Your numbers are wrong I guess.

Ohw ok, but that doens't rly change the point, then a 18yo will be even higher in skills than I assumed in the next few seasons right? (if it's 1.3 now, instead of the 1.5 which I thought)

I really don't understand your point... So what, you're planning to train players for a couple of seasons and sell them??? What if I want one player to play for my team for his whole career???

And let's say this, I'm training my players till their 24th year, and you're changing your players every 1-2 years... If we play against each other, who do you think will win: My team, with tremendous players, or your team, with strong players???

I'd expect you to come out on the losing end. Your opponent would have more turnover which equals more profit which equals better purchases...sure you're going to have excellent trainees that are seasoned and superior, but he is going to have more purchasing power in the remaining 3 slots. All else being equal...your opponent wins financially and hence wins the majority of your matches.

- Remove all injuries of the game.
This is good and fair for all. Less random is very good.

- More EXP for NT players (double EXP that one team game).

- More merchandising for teams with NT players (if he plays the NT game).

There absolutely will not be more money rolling in for teams with NT players if there is zero downside, so injuries would remain.

afaik injuries which happen in NT games are not carried over to league games. Just arcade stuff.

Last NT game we got 2 player injured during the game, both hadn't had an injury afterwards. Everytime I saw an in game NT injury it was like this.
