It seemed like Jaguars are going to won the game after the last season League Final hero, Zhong Xuanwen, hit the vital jumper for a one point lead 96-95 with one second left. But alas, With Cheesecake unable to find any open shooter on the Final possession after timeout, Tumay Öztoygar initiated himself to pick the inbound pass, and swished the long jumper over outstretched arms of 7'4" Li An Wen. Game ended, Jaguars is out, and Cheesecake took 97-96 to SBBL Grand Final, serenaded by the desperated and frenzy crowds after the SHOT.
The Jaguars walked out from Cheesecake stadium hung up their head, once again, for the second time after lost one point decision to Shohoku Backers on Final two seasons ago. This time with much daggering fashion.
