And I forgot to mention one more thing. There has been already soft cap as incomes are limited.
Great!!!
You said it is already there in a different form, so you have no reason to be against adding a REAL soft-cap. Don't you?

And no, this is not a soft-cap.
In soft-cap the teams who are above it (AKA - are above leagues average players+stuff value) pay for those who are below it.
And this is why you are so against the last, but has no problem with the first.
And by that you are proving one of my claims here regardung the reason a user from season-3 is against a more competative system.

Explore your first DIV, and return with an answer - how do they spread along the seasons.
How many season-5 and above are there?

this is a long-term strategy game, and that's what I want. I don't want to reach Spanish Div. I just because someone reseted everything for me to have an easier way to do it.
But you would want to have a fair chance doing so.
Currently there isn't.
As written - the newest team on your DIV-I, "great 8" conference are from season-4.

This is not by chance, and I've explained it earlier on.
Each year assests grows to all.
So, in the best case the assets' difference between older team and newer team (with the same manager skills) stays.
What is more possible is that it is even get larger.

No offense intended, I'm just giving my point of view; showing that lower division managers are not always on your part.
It doesn't offended me. But, which teams support this feelings is not the question here.
It is about facts, and solutions.

BTW, except asset's reset, I also suggested the ideas of soft-cap (and hard-cap) - like in the NBA and other league in the USA that have brought those rules exactly for the purpose of competativeness, and the idea of "career-ending-injury" which (by nature the value of players possesed by teams) will affect the richer teams more.

And again the pattern of excuses and not answering a simple question;

Are all the good managers joined the game in spain just on the first 4 seasons, as current staus and your claim imply?
NO IT CANNOT BE.
They just had the big advantage (that "amazingly" you have) - joining on the first seasons.

1) You still failed to explain how come the current teams on ACBB "great 8" conference does not posses a single team newer than those from season-4.

2) The example you gave does not prove anything.
It seems that he made economic desicions several times, and stayed on the lower leagues to gain money and better train his players with not being afraid of the results on the field.
Then he made a run to the first division due to this assets he got.
BUT - he got to this amount of assets because he started early. And still he was not good enough to stay in the first league.
It also proves another thing here is not logic - a team that does not compete developing better than those who did.

This is surely the case, as this manager stayed for several seasons on the lower leagues, and then just got into a rocket that brang him to the upper league.

1) "Great" definitions for why they are bad, and why the current system is competative.

2) I don't need the approval of the teams who plays on the DIV-I leagues, and the ocasional lower league user who does not understand the current status.
I need the BB to be aware of the problems. And that I surely did!

Man, you are really ignorant. Magic: the Gathering is actually much more complex than this game (I'm not talking about code and programming, but game itself - tactics. training etc.) and this is coming from a guy that has been playing it for 10 years. I guess you haven't read the analogy at all because it's not relevant, have you? Only your reasons are relevant and none other. Grow up.

We should start a protest thread if any of Pini's suggestions would be implemented. Kozlik?
