To be honest, A. Teriošinas is only producing so much because he is playing 48min every game. His game shape is bound to suffer. Don't really think his stats are that good.

Agree with SLZH, he could be training game shape if he not training any young players..
Satisfaction of training my own draft (Yong Leng Jie) and see his stats increase is really great ;P

Yeah I also trained my own draft Ong Yi Ying from season 9 til now. He's progressed tremendously. I'm now focusing on him and another SG player Lin Soon Chun (not my own draft but full of potential).
Too bad that I didn't get a good draft this time and SBBL is a tough place to train young players because all teams are so close...using young players can make you throw away a few close games

Haha, nice! It seems like everyone is training youth for the national team! I'm training one too (Yap Kwang Meng) His 3rd season this year.

Yup, everyone training youth, in 2-4 season, ben gonna have a strong u21 to lead Singapore, with 2-3 more season add on, Eric gonna be smiling, haha. Singapore will be winning games.
