Dunno when it will be done but today there isn't necessity to make this "free" contribution. Probably neither in the future if the injury will be cancelled from National team matchs, that's my point of view ;)

I really don't understand your point... So what, you're planning to train players for a couple of seasons and sell them??? What if I want one player to play for my team for his whole career???

And let's say this, I'm training my players till their 24th year, and you're changing your players every 1-2 years... If we play against each other, who do you think will win: My team, with tremendous players, or your team, with strong players???

I do not plan to train 5 players till they are 24 or so, but I have 3 trainees that I like, and I got used to them and don't want to sell them... Even if they don't get even close to the NT... And I'm gonna keep them cause I want my team to have something like a trade mark :D, and not to become an industrial tape of different players every year...

Ad BBs said they want to make this best basketball simulator ever... Well, if they want to simulate real basketball, I'll be able to keep my players... When they get to where I'm leading them, I will simply switch to other positions to train...

P.S I really should become GM :D

hahahaha. dude, if you are training 24-25 year-olds and I'm training always 18-19s, I will be the one with tremendous players, not you... That's the whole point. Even if you had a good head start, I'd catch up and blow by you in a couple of seasons tops.

I don't think arcade mode is the solution. Simply removing the injuries doesn't solve all the problems because you would still have the INEFFICIENT TRAINING problem. Users will stop training the NT players at a certain age and the NTs will be dominated by FARM TEAMS, and I think we all agree that we don't want that.

I think, in the end, it will all be the same... Why? Listen carefully:

Let's say I train my players for myself, and I keep 3 of them and sell 2... I would train those 2 until they are 20, and sell them when they are marvelous... If you train your 5 players you'll sell them when they are proficient... Every year you'll have to buy 4-5 good trainees, and you know how expensive they are... You may get 1 on the draft :D And while you're spending whole lot of money on the rest of the team (let's say if you train SG/PG, you must buy SF/PF/C), I'm getting those kind of players by training... And I still can buy good players by selling those 2 every couple of years...

Cause, on the higher levels, the prices will be a lot higher... If everyone would do like you, then the market would be full of those 1-year trainees, and they would be a lot cheaper then the ones trained for more years...

For example, I bought a center with 4 respectable main Skills for 550k, and I bought other one who has 3 respectable Skills and 1 proficient, and I payed 780k... That's 230k difference, and it's just two points difference in one Skill... Now, can you imagine how big that difference will be on higher Skills? And yes, you may say I overpaid them, but that's the cheapest price I got in days...

You seem to think that I'll be training strong, proficient players.. Every player in my squad (apart from the retired future hall of famer Marcel) have prolofic skills. But anywy, whatever, you keep your plan and i'll stick to mine. Good luck to you.

In the mean time, I say NO to farm teams and YES to salary reductions!

I was saying, when you buy new trainees, they'll be respectable at most (if they are 18 years old), and with the slower training they'll be proficient or so...

The only reason I will do this my way is because I like my players, and I get used to them... Those pretty faces ;) Good luck to you too!

No way, an 18 yo PG can be prolific on 4 skills in 1 season right now. Ok the speed is 150% or something like now. When the speed gets back to 100% in a few seasons players might go to at least 4 times proficient in 1 season yes, but not in 3 seasons...

Your numbers are wrong I guess.

Ohw ok, but that doens't rly change the point, then a 18yo will be even higher in skills than I assumed in the next few seasons right? (if it's 1.3 now, instead of the 1.5 which I thought)
