haha maybe not this season, looks like i will survive this time around unless something goes terribly wrong

i've been pretty lucky to land in the easiest div 2 in australia. pretty much everyone in my conference is either new, or tanking, which is great! (and explains why i'm sitting on 7-1 and still in the cup).

i plan on surviving while i can, but my roster is aging so im just about due to reboot my team and find my next franchise player

haha yeah your bro has had terrible luck
some very close losses that could have gone either way
hes a prime target for relegation this season unless he makes some roster upgrades i'm thinking
his conference is probably tougher than mine too

You are super lucky. Lordy, All Sorts and Hadders are all tanking. All would probably be above you if they weren't. Never seen three teams in the one conference all tank at the same time before. Vios also has had a bit of a reset this season and is much weaker. This also meant that Rangas could take it easy as well and still survive and who knows if it had an effect on Hustlers or Tantrums. Interesting to see that while you were undefeated against other Great 8 teams your first encounter with a Big 8 team was a big 24 point defeat.

lol It's not that interesting. Take 5 seconds to look at the box score and you'll see that I tanked that game. One of the sacrifices that needed to be made to ensure I stayed alive in the cup unfortunately. If I had no cup game im pretty confident I would've put a much better showing, considering I came within 24 points while playing my bench warmers and water boys.

Agree with your other comment - if most of my conference wasn't tanking I would be fighting for fifth place. If...If...If...the world is full of Ifs.. If I was one of those guys I would be buying up and making a dash for the championship this season, cos no doubt about it..this is the easiest div 2 league. As it currently stands...it is equivalent to a strong div 3 league.. with one exception...lots of sleepers with lots and lots of moneyyyyyy
