Ir is really nice to have competition on this.

Actually yes this will be a really important season for Chile because we will host the American cup. That was my last achievement to bring it back.

Other wise I could not be trying to get with this role one more time.

I beleave that it is not bad that you are intereses in train our NT, but i think personally with all the work that we have been making behind, that this will not be your election.

We, with the currently staff, are really commitment not only what the adults players, we are commitment with all country, starting from young players. The role we are working with is to advise and comunícate constantly with everyone and until now, you can see Chile 21 again on the World Cup. And good new generations coming to the adult.

Until now I achieve all my personal goals that I promesed, so I hope and I beleave I will count with Chilean support to take this role one more time and continue with our back off work.

Monogra NTM Chile.

Probably this is little bit innapropriate to ask, but why do you only have 58% coach supporting?

Good question. I am not following the aprobación to feel that we have a great project behind. I am following the people who is voting for me on this election and in the last one. More than 50%. And actually in the last election I have almost all the vote only one was not for me.

I do play this game from season 3. I come back couple of season ago and I am already in the Top league of Chile. I have a final and semifinal of the national cup and the respect of my contrincant.

But if you are so prepare why don’t you candidate your self into your own country NT ? Or there you don’t have the experience and the papers to make it ?

I would try to candidate for my country , but there is a problem. Our NT coach is very great and now the other one who will candidate is very strong and he already have trained Latvia NT before. I respect klovijs, who candidates for our NT team this year, thats why i don't candidate for my own country. I think it would be better if i start with other country and then move on.

Cool that you would like to cansidate your self to NT. But what make you think that you should not respect the players from here. I do beleave that Chile has a lot of strong players and really greats couch. We don’t need that help from somebody from outside.

And this steong players that I am speaking about are the ones that are trusting on that I can do a good job as a NT, so they consider me somebody for respect too.

Maybe if Chile could be a not develope country in BB your papers for let you start the NT carrera could be great. I suggest to you that before to come to throw me the numbers of aproval you could make a better research.

If you want to Learn, candidate your self to staff from your country , I am sure they would like to count with someone who respect them and would like to Learn about to be a NTM.

Now I don’t think I will answer you any more and I wish you good luck. Chile is an amazing country and if you don’t respect us and the potencial of our coaches, you are really lost here.

Thank you for thinking in Chile!

But im thinking not speack the language will be a big issue.

In other topic, i think Chile is biger than your country in BB, just looking the cups.

Thank you again!

Thanks for your interest in the Chile NT.

Like other have said, not speaking the language might prove a difficult barrier to overcome. That shouldn't stop you for trying anyway. It won't be easy. You're competing against known managers from a small but proven community, that has won several American Championships and a World Cup too. Monogra just got HCA for next American championship so he'll probably will get the chance to prove himself in that competition.

I'm not sure if you can participate in more than one election at the same time. But if you can't and want to start getting some NT experience for yourself, I'll honestly recommend you elsewhere. Perhaps another small country (we do are a small BB country) in a bad spot. Look for unsuccesfull situations where communities are willing to vote for an outsider. I've been NTM myself and would tell you that being good at tactics it's way less than important that being close with the community.

Cheers,
