Not sure if anyone said this yet, but the red number next to "forum" in the menu saying how many replies you have. (Similar for what you have for BB-Mail)
Also definitely need improvements on search engine.

Many other forums allow users to post an image straight to the forum rather than just a link to open a new tab with the image on it. This would be a great addition, and if it puts strain on the server perhaps put a cap on the image size or else only allow supporters to post images (I'm sure adchester would buy supporter solely for this purpose)
