I like the point about building your team up with predominantly English players, it's great for English development U21/NT wise.

Great article Morwood, and a huge credit to Zander for being the first guinea pig. Was good to read about someone I have great respect for. We promoted at the same time and are rarely far apart in the league so I know his team fairly well.

Looking forward to more, especially now you've set yourself a high standard.
