5 seasons of BIG MAN training on 1 pos 3 players and u get your C and PF.
5 seasons of GUARD training on 1 pos with 3(1 guy from your BM training aka your SF) and u get rest of your lineup.
Ofc it takes alot of time but after 10 season you should get atleast II div.

The draft's unpredictability makes all your long-term training plans useless.

First thing, I am looking in my draft is height.
If I am lucky, I have a great potential to be trained for a long time.
If not, I have a great player to be trained in my plan.

Xia Kairong is original, sold out and bought back this season.

Other 11 players were drafted by me.

There is only one player who is not from hometown and I am selling him now.

im going homegrown after my players age out with my first team got two dratees on the team one of them is a conference regular starter. Looks like im getting another player through the draft just need 1 I mainly want a point gaurd Just sold my backup for 5k.
