I think the salary changes that may be coming soonish would balance things out with those skills too.
What do you think about the managers who have spent 8-9-10 seasons (3 years irl) to meticulously train players maximizing their cost-efficiency by keeping them exactly on the edge of three (sometimes even four) current salary formulas?
* Would these trainees still be this efficient after the salary changes?
* How would those managers feel about the game? Would that be fair to them?
* Do you think implementing major changes with no prior notice is good for an
extremely slow game with established community and very few new users?
* Would you agree that changes to the salary formula should be announced at least 4-5 seasons before their implementation?
* Would you agree that those changes need to be gradual, as opposed to one off?
