In terms of winning, what are your goals for the next two seasons?
1) Make the final in the Americas U21 Championship Tournament.
2) Make worlds.

No offense, but I don't think question is going to help voters decide on a candidate. All we got was essentially that they wanted to win games and qualify for worlds...

Better question:

What will you two do in 2 seasons to improve the team, community relations, and create progress?

I would help new teams with training so they wouldn't make silly mistakes.
Use GDP against our opponents to come out on top in the right situations.
Lead our team to victory.

What will you two do in 2 seasons to improve the team, community relations, and create progress?
1. Try to deduce how much getting GDP guesses right/wrong affect game outcomes.
2. Communicate more often with managers of high priority more during the season.
3. Be nicer.
4. Involve more people in the scouting/communicating/etc of the U21 team. This year Jeeves is doing all the 18 year of PF and C BBmails. Next season, could be more positions/more people and more positions.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

Yeah your question's way better than mine. I just threw out the first thing that came to mind to get this thread back on track.

I believe he means during this term which is the next 2 seasons. S26 and S27.

Im not planning on winning, nor do i really want to.

However, I would probably make the Canadian community more user friendly and welcoming environment. I would also push for more Canadian based training and having the proper guidelines and information available for newcomers to easily access.

If these two things are accomplished, results and winning will come naturally.

** Like I said before, though, I am merely in this election to see how I resonate with the Canadian community**

How do you plan to accomplish more Canadian based training when Canadian teams want to cash in on their prospects - how will you change their mindset? Will you send them mini Canadian flags and play up the patriotic angle? Also, what do you mean by more user friendly - do you mind giving an example - that is too vague a statement. Like a politician saying that taxes will be lowered, and no details are given!! Be specific, go into details that is what we want to hear, generic statements carry no weight. Thanks

Convince them the real fun in this game is training up a player from the nothingness of the draft to the best player on your team/in your league/in your division/in your country.

Tell them about the new tax that was created and that it is a huge advantage to have trained players on your roster keeping you under the tax.

Also, what do you mean by more user friendly?

Pointing them in the right direction for reading about every facet of the game. Encourage them to use the forum and BBmail to ask questions and feel part of the community. Being there to answer questions and be a mentor-type.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.
