And I picked up another Japanese trainee...
Teruo Yamasaki (23031179). Obviously, he's a bit on the short-side for me, and his training has not been good of late... but I figure that as my 3rd trainee I can make something of him.
I'm selling my 3rd trainee (Iggy), and he already has a bid - with two days to go I'm guaranteed getting at least $1.2 mill on him.
Lithuania's been a bit on the difficult side to deal with anyway!!!

Yes he is short but he could give you a perfect transition. Train him and your bigs for this season in inside. Then next season or the season after give them all a season of outside training. It will be great for your bigs and for Yamasaki as a SF. Then if your bigs are finished you have an easy way to transition to smalls. The timing is obviously a guess on my part but I wish I had given my guards a season of inside training at some stage.

When I drafted "The Skinkansen" and was wondering what to do with him you told me he would be a great trainee because of his atrocious RE. I have followed your tip and so far so good, he is shaping up really well to be a brilliant PG and if that atrocious RE means he can get +2 in OD or PA it will be well worth it in the end.

Some great pops this week....Lot's of D pops and some good big pops. I still am a little confused how someone can play a player 120 minutes plus and think that his player should still start with 6 GS...Crazy. So let me make this clear. anything under 7 and a player will not even come off the bench.....
To all the managers who are here to help Nippon win..thanks for all the training and GS TLC...See you on Monday..

Takayoshi Kawagichi is ready to bring the D after a great pop!

Matsumoto, Kawagichi, Amori and Ikouga all look primed. A pity about Wakatsuki but he is still probably the next best starter this week.

Look at the other end, of the 17 players we have 1 injured, 1 mediocre game shape, 2 average and then 7 other guys with less than $10,000 salaries. Not a great deal of depth after Matsumoto, Kawagichi, Amori, Ikouga, Wakatsuki, Sakurada and Ekiguchi. We really need Kentaro and Takara to be in good shape.

The "one injured" will be well taken care of henceforth.
