I totally agree with this last post! I would definitly consider getting VIP if I could start on a league at same time as everybody. The continents are a great idea too!

I also think you should allow, when somebody loses the VIP member about 3 months time for u to rebuy your vip membership, before deleting your 2nd team account.

I would consider buying the bb-vip for like 3 months, then wait some more time (cause I cant pay 40 dollars...) and then try get 3 more months etc...

You have an interesting(personally speaking) proposition, that belongs to the suggestions forum though.

The Decision has been made: We are going to have a second team feature!

The specifics are still being discussed, so I can't reveal too much about it, but what I can say is that it's going to be a Utopia style kind of league, created as a new, 99th country. We plan on implementing it as soon as possible, maybe even next season, even though, I believe, a more realistic implementation date is the season after that. We will also release the specifics as soon as we can, and boy, there will be some surprises. I guess we can forget most of the things mentioned in the original post, as this is something completely different, with a whole new set of rules and restrictions. We believe you will like it and will feel as excited about it as we all are.

Also, we believe this discussion has helped a lot in shaping the feature, and we find it a great asset in feeling the pulse of our community by making sure all concerns have been heard and taken into consideration. Even though, I must admit, at times it was hard keeping track of all things said. Nevertheless, thank you all for your participation.

I have two concerns about the Utopia idea:
1) It does nothing to solve the idea of micronations. I'm afraid that these are increasingly becoming dead ends with no hope of getting anywhere interesting.
2) A Utopia is inorganic. One of the charms of fitting into the existing structure would be to compete in countries where one might have some connection and to grow within an already existing system. The addition of more teams in any large country would hardly have made a difference to the total number there and could have revitalized small countries.

Anyway, let's see how it goes.

Strongly disagree with the Utopia. I have been so excited about a second team chance, but in this way it would be the same as it is now. A huge Nation, so no interested anymore. But I confess I'm quite curious about the "surprise"!

Congratz BTW for trying to involve people in the future of the game, this is, in my opinion, the right way to manage some important decision like this one.

imho utopia is the worst possible decision. as a supporter I already have a "utopia" in private leagues and as far as it concerns me, I do not pay any attention to it. why should I pay attention (or money in this case) on another pirvate league?

I am honestly very sceptical.
