It's going to be very difficult to make him a SF down the road with his current skills, age and height. Definitely a guard.

Well let's say outside SF :P half a season training IS, then another half training ID, and afterwards guard skills all the way, I would definitely play him at the SF spot along a SG with high JS/JR/OD.
Actually that's what I'm doing with its "big brothers" Giulo Cornoldi and Dinantha Ranjith, it works quite well...

Sorry but he's still got no hope of being a future SF of any significance and whoever buys him would be well advised to not even consider that training direction.
