Hi, I'm Pelican, Hungarian NT manager for the last 10 seasons. Sorry for having to share this story here but I wanted to bring attention to the behaviour of your fellow Lithuanian manager, Kirkas.

He bought our 39-time NT player Ybl Csiszér (51155229) in the off-season for cheap while he wasn't on the roster. As the new season began the palyer received a call-up for the NT and Kirkas contacted me that he wants to fire Csiszér so I should release him from the NT roster. I told him no, as it would mean that our nation would lose the only player with this certain profile forever at the age of 29.

It's already disgraceful to treat proper NT players disposable just to win a single game without paying his one week of salaray, but he didn't stop there. Now he's running for the Hungarian NT role (without a chance obviously) and threatens me that he'll keep him as a revenge with low GS as I "ruined his season". It would hurt his team 100x more than us, so makes no sense.

I just wanted to let the Lithuanian community know that apart from this pitiful episode we hope to maintain a relationship of mutual respect and sportsmanship no matter what Kirkas may tell you.

If that’s the best example of player development under your leadership, then I honestly pity for your national team. Any manager with ajy self-respect would step down asap and let someone who actually understands the game take over.

It's incredible you still think you're in a position to talk. He's obviously far from being our best player but still better than to just let him retire. If you still feel the childish urge to insult me just PM and stop polluting the forum.

You’re the one polluting our forum with this nonsense. Your behavior has nothing to do with national team, yet here you are, crying a river. Maybe try spending that energy reading the rulebook for once it might help you actually develop players worthy of the NT or, who knows, even get promoted from III league.

if hes so important for your community and your NT team, ask Kirkas put that player for 50k (the price he got him) and make someone from your community to put a bet on it, simple? Yes. if you have no community to do that, begone and release the player from NT.

Yes, this is a single episode, we wan to keep good relations. Kirkas was already explained in our discord channel that NT players are not dedicated for anyone to be fired.
