BBs said that a 3 weeks injury will now mean roughly 3 games injury...

They add to the game play in a way that i'm pretty happy when I see my opponent's keyplayer is injured when I've got to play him.

Honestly?

I would much rather play teams at full strength and have a meaningful match than play a team devastated by injuries. Any victory over that team is less fulfilling and more attributable to luck than skillful managing.

Little bit off topic but its funny to hear how you want a fulfilling and meaningful match considering the volume of mutual TIEs that get arranged in the NBBA! If you want to play with more spirit and full strength v full strength why does everyone get so worried and try to make pacts?

then you cant disagree with the posts about factoring injuries into strategy then...

but i do agree that the fun factor is reduced when this happens...

I agree with WFU, while injuries might be realistic, they make the game less fun (and this from someone who has lucked out on the injury front).

TIE isnt realistic, but that's in the game.

well we are all in agreeance that an overhaul of the enthusiasm system would be a welcome change...

but the point is both realistic and non-realistic features still have to be taken into account from a strategy perspective...
