That's the hardest part, I had to use different programs...it's not easy to do it:)....
First u need to create your own flag and than u must go to one site,I thing was ab.flags or something like that...upload your picture from computer and just wait to be finished...It takes a long time to be completed..at the and u will get your animated or waving flag...it's not too complicated, you just need to be patient:)...
I created team jeresey at one website,but I forgot on which site was it:)....
Go to google and put into the field this: "how to create team jersey" or something like that and search!...
I'm sure you'll find something already.....
