After some honest evaluation I've realized that my team, as presently constructed, is not good enough to finish better than 2nd or 3rd in my league. It's too top heavy, has too many older players, and is a total departure from my previous approach of bench depth, strong defense, and a young core that got me to d.II in the first place. I'm looking to unload some of my older players to any teams interested in adding Canadian pieces for a playoff run.
