Hi everyone,
First of all, i am happy to see this debate open
As a senegalese manager, i vote without any doubt for option n°2
All countries would continue to exist in their current form. Micro-nations would still be grouped together to form new leagues but the current flags, NTs and U21s would not change in any way
I speak for myself but NT is a big part of this game for managers like us. To remove nationalities would be a big big mistake !
Now, as an african manager, i fully welcome an african league. It would be easy cause we all speak french and/or english so no big deal. Elsewhere it is much more complicated.

I understand what you're tryng to do but to me it appears that option n°2 is the best for areas like Africa, Central America or South America. For others, option n°3 seems better : Andorra should merge into Spain. Wales, Ireland and Scotland should compete with England. Do mexicans want to play in Mexico only, in Central America or in South America (like IRL in soccer). Iranians don't want anything to change, so be it.
All those things said to ask : would it be possible to vote by countries and/or areas you propose and to do what each area wants to ? One week nations vote. The week after the areas vote.

Nuff
