How much different is it in a micro your draftees been good over time. I have only had one long term USA player and since we been entering deflation and them flooding the market with better USA players the USA market has been trash and they can never at least compete with global entities. USA market has been trash for a long time this is why you never see us hoarding the USA players and China always pick pocketing them for national team prospects.

Atlas you seem like one of the “lucky” people we are referring to. But how much money do you spend on a good trainer for these draftees. You had Micovic for 10 seasons, assuming your trainer makes 80-90k a week that is like 10M+ whereas if you didn’t train him and just had an advanced or superior trainer for 20-40k a week it would only be 2-3M in trainer costs.

Totally agree with you. Unless you are in a micro nation and really want a trainee of your nationality, you don’t need to scout and can just buy a good superstar/MVP trainee, that fits what’s you feel like training. No having to be forced to play a PG trainee PF or C because his inside shot is atrocious, or something similar. Drop a few extra dollars and get somebody with no holes in the skills of you feel like it.
