Mine: Ogori is a local town *near* where I live (not quite where I am). Oni is basically "demon". I did the banner/avatar myself a bit back when I had some free time. It's not overly pretty, but it'll do for now. The kanji is just "Ogori Oni".

My first team is Megateam (uh, easy), but for this one, this means "garden gnomes", as my players are more or less as usefull as gnomes.
