Two seasons in a row I drafted a short C who was a 5 ball standard player with reasonable potential. Both seasons my furure guard with great secondaries turned out to have atrocious JS. Do you know how long it takes to move JS from atrocious to something decent? After nearly two seasons of training (not designed for him and two position) the first one is up to inept. I don't even know why I still have him. I sold the second an 18 year old $5,000 salary allstar for almost nothing.
