I too am wondering what else we can do to try to build the community.

Is there any way we can send out a bulk bb-mail or do we just have to try to hope more people come to the forum?

Hope or direct them to the forum is the best way in my mind.

I do also agree that someone should dust off our mentor thread, if I have time tonight I will put together a post for new Canadian managers.

i can help out, just dont know how well i qualify being only in my 3rd full season

i still say the hardest way is to keep managers active and community building is still a challenge for us

i just realized that we have a non-BB canada thread... maybe we should start talking about random stuff there?
