Good thing you're not from Uruguay then, you'd go ballistic!

Just a note a little off topick.

A second team would go a long way into solving the stagnation surrounding micro nations. Greece has nothing to fear with 1,400+ active teams, no "foreigners" will invade your perfect world en masse, - so stand down with your outlook.

Please take a closer look at the flag below enzomanya (Uruguay) and the flag of my country (Greece).

I must admit that there are similarities between those two flags but if you look more carefully you will notice that they are not the same.

(Yes, I am Greek - and you embarrass me with your words)

So i believe that you do not have any good reason to be embarassed as a Greek but you should at least learn a little better your countrys flag

You sir have no clue what you're talking about. Didn't it crossed your mind that the REAL world with REAL people is a better place to "culture exchange", rather than a simulation game? Well, perhaps you sir spend a lot of your experience in the virtual world -something that would make the Classic Athica embarrased-, but not me. And to set the record straight, what possible "cultural exchange" could I get with a Chinese manager that doesn't talk or doesn't know a neutral second language, like English? Oh, yeah, I would see more Chinese names in the game report. And didn't it crossed your mind that perhaps some of us managers tend to find that there are lots of websites more adecuate to "cultural exchange" than a simulation game?

No, sir. What only crossed your mind is the opportunity to be politically correct in a business you have no clue whatsoever. I don't know in your Modern Greek and the rest of Europe, but if you've followed the international news lately, you would know that we have, here, in Uruguay, a country you don't know, very very small xenophobic problems. Perhaps you should look in the mirror before barking about "xenophoby"?

You don't know me, sir. You think you can infer stuff from the semantic analysis of my words; I would say one should be skilled at that first before doing it. To say I would HATE having foreing managers playing in my country doesn't amount to say I HATE foreing people. Any proffessional semantic analyst like you should know that.

Oh, and by the way: Did I mention we in our Spanish language have at least 6 verbs to say the English "hate"? Oh, sorry if I forgot to mention that before hurting your "politically correct" feelings.

Oh, political correctness, where have you been!

those are good arguments, Perpete. [on the other hand, if i had the choice to go to a tiny country with only two divisions and 8 active teams, I would go there regardless of language; basicaly, in terms of strategy, they play another whole different BuzzerBeater game]. i'm good with all that.

what I disagree is with the argument that this will be made for the sake of some sort of culture enrichment, and that disagreeing with the propposed method of second-team support is because of xenophobia. perhaps people should take a good walk on their local street and then talk about culture enrichment. i don't think anybody who says or implies they play BB because they get a nirvanesque experience in the forums is being fairly accurate. but hey, maybe it's just my country that has low forum participation.

anyway, it's not a big deal, so let's not go further. the big deal is the second team for supporter. period. the implementation of where that second team will end up is secondary.

instead of adding managers to micronations you'd better assemble small countries which are geographically close to each other.
I'd prefer an "African club championship" than seeing my country invaded by asian or european players who do not know anything and do not care about it
I am pretty sure than most of 2nd team's managers will come in smallest countries only to play in an easier league than their current ones

Isn´t there any other way to fix the problem with the so few teams in micronations? I think yes, i can imagine some, like join very small leagues in others bigger... to get 3 divisions each ones...
Is BB having problems with money? I´m reading no... so i will believe in that word... so don´t need the second team...
Will more money help to fix problems with the game? I don´t think so, really if you think it well, more games to simulate can create a problem to fix, so this money, i think just will be destinate to fix problems that itself create... more transfers will create problems too... more trainning, etc... i remember when, not so much time ago, we had to wait to see training or boxscores....

Do you think the pros, are really pros??? or just something we didn´t think enough about it... Like in chess, we might think about the 4 or 5 or 20 future movement...

I disagree with the creation of second teams!
players with more economic possibilities have already the advantage of playing the private leagues;
this way, "richer players" will be even more favoured and the oteher players will feel like "second class" players;

this would create a bigger gap between BB-supporters and the rest of the users.

I hope this idea won´t get aplied.

As a Senegalese, i would love to compete with other african managers. But if all africans managers play an african championship there won't be South Africa, Egypt or Senegal anymore. How do you do with NTs ? No more african NTs ?

Nothing is perfetc, but i think that this 2d team idea is the good one to boost competition in micronations AND increase BB's income at the same time
