Your frustration is loud & clear - dealing with little or no competition in Japan. but you have to admit, it may be belated, but at least BB is trying to do something. The speed of bureaucracy is nothing to marvel at!! Why don't you try and hang in there for a little while longer - and see what happens. What have you got to lose? It may be worth your while - obviously you hung around long enough in BB for a reason - Is it going to kill you to win your division a few more times before I come in and kick your butt?? Come on - is there really anything better out there that will get your juices flowing, especially now that some real changes will apparently be made??

Are there really any forums so active that adding some new managers from other countries would cause any sort of disruption? My league's forum gets approximately 4 posts a week. 2 are from me, posting game summaries, and then 2 are from other managers commenting on something or the other that happened to them in the game. Only 4 or 5 managers ever post in the forums. The majority are silent.

Seems like it'd be a nice thing to have more active forums. However, if I was in a league where I didn't speak the language, I probably wouldn't be very active on the forums unless I was confident with my Google Translate usage. Either way, my posts would be respectful and relevant regarding recent games. Seems like that would be a good thing to add more active forum users to any league.

Well, there has been a lot of interesting discussion on this topic. After perusing the the thread I can say I am still strongly in favor the possibility of second teams as a supporter feature. This is my second go 'round with BB and having had Supporter in the past I think there is a need to add value to make supporter worth the cost and this is a feature that would make me much more likely to purchase supporter again.

I don't want to rehash old points regarding the implementation of second teams but I will give my opinion that I would prefer the second teams be added to the current BB world rather than alternate server, or new country. There are a lot of points for each option but for a lot of the reasons mentioned earlier in the thread I personally think this would be the best option.

I was some what surprised to see that a number of users felt very strongly that they would not want to have foreign managers operating a team in their country. If this is an issue maybe the developers can institute an opt out vote in each nation where users could vote whether they would like to allow second teams in their country. Then, if a certain percentage of active users in a country voted to opt out, supporters would be prevented from creating second teams in that nation.

One other topic I wanted to mention is the potential draft restrictions on second teams. Scouting and drafting good prospects is a part of the game I really enjoy and I would be considerably less excited about running a second team if I knew I would be drafting last every season regardless of finishing order. It's not necessarily a deal-breaker but if local team preference is being considered for implementation I would like more discussion over the actual threat it is meant to prevent.

Whether or not this passes I am glad to see the developers continuing to look for ways to add value and new features to the game while being mindful of not wanting to grant a competitive advantage to paying users. Glad they at least solicited user opinion as well before making a decision.

I am with the 2nd team for supporter [I'm actually going to pay my subscription soon regardless], but I TOTALLY HATE the idea of having foreing 2nd-team supporters in my home country. What these guys have to do with the sport culture and even the language of my country? Let me tell you what: NOTHING.

Someone here had the nice idea of creating in the globe a country just for 2nd supporter teams. Why BB doesn't create one where we all know there will never be real users? Like Antartica, or Greenland? Or countries that just don't have a BB league system right now. That I would love. People from all over the world, badly competing and exchanging as managers in a daily basis, for everybody, not just B3 participants.

That I would love it. Me and quite a few local managers I know. But having my country full of Chinese or US managers? I don't think so.

Could you answer this? How many supporters are currently in the BB?
