I bet if it was changed to a World/Utopia/Women's/Whatever League, there'd be a lot less resistance.

I don't think so.
I think you would just have different people opposed while having new people in favour

Perhaps. But what objections could there be to a new world? All the systems are already in place, it's just replicating, on a smaller scale, a much smaller scale, what is already here.

What are you trying to do, exactly? Pulling some martyr thing?

You don't have to play this game if you don't want to, no one cares. There are issues with the game, well, there has to be, nothing is perfect. But BBs are doing their best to improve the game. And they are doing an amazing job.

Last season, Polish manager proved that money doesn't guarantee you a B3 title. Overextension tax will improve the game further, in that department. The GDP was introduced this season, we'll see how that goes. There is already a lot more tactical diversity, we'll see if a non Li team wins it all.

Now with this second team idea, micronation problem would be repaired tremendously. Not yet fixed, but good enough in my book.

Why do you keep complaining? As I said, the game is steadily improving, you should be happy.

Your frustration is loud & clear - dealing with little or no competition in Japan. but you have to admit, it may be belated, but at least BB is trying to do something. The speed of bureaucracy is nothing to marvel at!! Why don't you try and hang in there for a little while longer - and see what happens. What have you got to lose? It may be worth your while - obviously you hung around long enough in BB for a reason - Is it going to kill you to win your division a few more times before I come in and kick your butt?? Come on - is there really anything better out there that will get your juices flowing, especially now that some real changes will apparently be made??

Are there really any forums so active that adding some new managers from other countries would cause any sort of disruption? My league's forum gets approximately 4 posts a week. 2 are from me, posting game summaries, and then 2 are from other managers commenting on something or the other that happened to them in the game. Only 4 or 5 managers ever post in the forums. The majority are silent.

Seems like it'd be a nice thing to have more active forums. However, if I was in a league where I didn't speak the language, I probably wouldn't be very active on the forums unless I was confident with my Google Translate usage. Either way, my posts would be respectful and relevant regarding recent games. Seems like that would be a good thing to add more active forum users to any league.
