First off, thanks for the great effort you put in!

I agree to some of the suggestions regarding the "ease of use" if the CP is to appeal to new BB-users. Adding some features like (my apologies for those already mentioned before):

- best lineup (based on selected strategies)
- best lineup (to exploit opponents expected strategies/ratings - these are often predictable for new teams)
- tips on squad weaknesses (where to strengthen first)
- tips on which to let go (expendable because of depth, lack of skill, etc)

...would possibly gain you a lot of users that would grow more advanced with time. Since this is open source, I guess this is doable for about "anyone" by adding extra sheets based on your work.

I think the differnce could be there due to sublevel of skills. You enter for instance OD 14, but the player has it 14,74. If you have 12 players and their 10 skills, it can make the difference, can't it?

This file is really too hard to understand... I understand how to change pages and insert the MyData page, but everything else doesn;t make any sense to me as to what to do and how to find the calculations. Could someone give me a run through as to how i would use the TrainerParrot??? I would really appreciate it ;)

You should see the Help sheet, it was very helpful to me when I was lost in the ENTIRE FILE.
You're lucky being an english speaker ;)
