D1 champions should receive some money too i think

That would effectively negate the promotion bonus from D.II to D.I

Not really - that would only give the overall title winner a boost and the new teams would get the boost on the 14 other teams they are now competing against...

But the bottom line is if the cup competitions remain a crapshoot in terms of HCA and straight knockout it is somewhat ill-advised to try and build a squad to attack the BB3.

Reading some other previous posts it seems strange why teams are not encouraged to try and compete for both league and cup as opposed to having to focus on the one they feel suits them best....

To say it is for the prestige of winning is one thing but money should follow accolade even if it is a token gesture.

Something that hasnt got a mention is if a team demotes why shouldnt they lose a chunk of cash? I am all for the changes in proportion - the only one that doesnt make sense to me is the TV money.... that should always remain relative to the division....and that is where the extra income should come from to pay the additional wages that the top teams have on their rosters.... to budget on arena income alone is not reliable or realistic.

Is that extra training minutes for players that are plummeting in value because no-one has any cash to buy them?

Ofcourcse there value will decrease. But isnt that for most/all players? So also for the players you will buy after you sold that one you were talking about?
If you try to sell and buy without many days passing between you wont feel a thing. Actually you will have to pay less taxes.
