Phenomonal OD, with wondrous/tremendous JS/JR, means you get a lockdown defender and a great shooter as well - 45% 3pt shooting last season! No weaknesses either - ALL guard skills are 11+, and overall lowest skill of mediocre (ignoring SB).
Will be a div II starter, div III superstar, or div IV record-breaker if that's what you're after.

Listed at just 1/3 of min TPE, 1/6 of max TPE and what I paid for him last season!
Will be transferred before GS update, and costs almost 15k less salary than last season as well!

Has recently dropped in some skills as well, so you can be fairly confident he should be stable for some time to come.
