If you think it is so great to play here, why don't you sign up in a micronation?

Because I like my nation. I accept situation that it's harder to play in big country but it isn't problem to me, in big country I have more fun and better challenge.
I don't accept your whining and thousands topics about discrimination of micronation. There is big advantage to play in micronation, and you want to increase this advantage. Maybe you don't see these advantages becaue you aren't smart enough. Maybe instead of open thousands topics with stupid theories and ideas you should use forum only to read experienced players to increase knowledge about BB?

I like to play in my country, so why I should change it? Why I should play in country which I don't know and feel no connection? Meanwhile you don't like to play in micro nation so I think not me but you should change nation. Maybe if you spend 10 seasons in 4th division you would understand few simple things.

Therefore, for newer teams (after 16 weeks have passed) its better to be in a lower division (well until you have a competitive roster)
No, you are totally wrong. You never played below 2nd division. I played in 5th, 4th, 3rd, 2nd and 1st division. Incomes in higher divisions always are higher. It isn't theory, it's fact.

In D5 I had incomes ~20k, in D4 ~50k, in D3 ~100k, in D2 ~200k and in D1 ~400k (every case without tanking).

Revenues in league one level above typically are 50% higher than revenues in league one level below.
Expenses of new teams are the same in every division.
Therefore incomes in higher division are 2-3 times higher.

Example:
Revenue in 5th division: 100k
Expenses in 5th division: 80k
Income in 5th division: 20k

Revenue in 4th division: 150k (150%)
Expenses in 4th division: 80k
Income in 4th division: 70k (350%)

Revenue increases to 150% but income increases to 350%. My incomes increased only to 200% because my expenses increased too (but of course slower than revenue).

Also in DIII they can win games, which is more motivating and fun to keep playing
Yeah, it's big motivation to beat bots. You must understand one simple thing: in every match always only and exactly one winner and only and exactly one loser must exist. In every country, small, big, middle. If you want to have more winners than losers, than only solution is always play against bots.

If new teams after one week in BB will beat old teams, then old teams will lost motivation. For example like Sharman. And number of users in Japan will be the same. So it will not solve problem with small number of users in Japan.

In a smaller nation, the incomes would be higher because of less competition.

Incomes are higher in competitive league due to higher TV contract and merchandise. Arena incomes are the same. They are based mainly od team's results. On the other hand, costs are higher in competitve league, which makes competitive leagues less profitable

or MICRONATION (not macronation) NEWER teams (not OLDER teams) with SMALL ARENAS (not fully build arenas) are better off in DIII or DII than in DI BECAUSE they will LOSE ANYWAY (IN DI or packed II.1) THEREFORE, they should only pay SALARY FLOOR, and SALARY FLOOR IS HIGHER % of TV money the higher division, 180% in DI (with the new rule change)

It was already sad that new teams don't pay salary floor for first 16 weeks. Don't you read that? It's also in game manual. It's time to expand arena. If you don't know that you will probably lose. In any league, not only D1 or D2. The highest TV contract is in top league. It means it is the most profitable league for new user.

Also in DIII they can win games, which is more motivating and fun to keep playing while learning the ropes than getting smashed by 100points.

They will compete with league full of bots. Really interesting, especially forum seems quite noisy :) Even if you put ALL Japanese teams to 2 leagues in D3 they will promote to D2 due to bot clean up. It is also in game manual. Even team with 0-22 will promote.

So why don't you change nation? And why do you force ideas which effect is slower development of new teams?

So at very least, they should start new guys in DIII

Size of country will be the same. Only effect will be more matches between bots and alive users and slower development. It isn't solution.

You should think about other solutions, not only about ideas which increase advantage of playing in small countries.

Too see him the difference in development:
I hope you heard about BC Törööö. 4 times back-to-back B3 Champion! Many users call him best manager in BB history. Few seasons ago he moved from Canada to Brasil. (32664) It's his new team. He's doing well there. Fast promotion to D2 in really big BB country as Brasil. If you don't believe me it's him here's an evidence http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thread=168117&m=1

Now let's compare to another top team:
(209012) Team from Barbados. 1,5 season experience
