And another noob question, why such a price tag on it?
Where does the price of such 206510 come from?
Then how is the site's estimated transfer value between 1000 and 5000?

It is ten times the weekly salary, it is the rule for players who would disappear but have certain characteristics.
Unfortunately for many players it's too much valuation for the value.
