If you are going to sell, I would definitely go with the 18 year old. I still think high potential 18 year olds will command a premium

I think alot of the value of the 19 year olds are going to depend on how boosted their skills are. If you can get a guy in the 60-65+ total skill point range then you basically save yourself a season training.
